Meet the requirements? No reason to hesitate studying PR!

Public Relations

I’ve often heard that public relations has all to do with coordinating and managing public events but if that really were the case, I’m pretty certain that public relations people would be living and breathing entertainment. But as the few that don’t think so can imagine, that is not the case.
There is actually more to it than just that..il give you a little brief, and you can thank me latter.

Your own personality, Charisma, and Attitude
The greatest relief I tell you, is that for a change, a course that doesn’t restrict anyone from being creative. Doesn’t that just sound awesome?

Fortunately, public relations gives room for growth, authenticity and creativity. Students are        able to attach their own feel and taste to their work, whether it be in a form of writing or establishing a unique campaign for a respective brand.. it is all in the art. Remember that phase "We can’t really know everything, but if you are in favour of new knowledge, share with others''.

Do you feel that Public Relations is for you?
Well, like any other field of study, you would be required to do thorough research on the course and authenticate your expectations from the course before getting into it. As much as I would love for you to join me on this exciting venture, realistically, there are different strokes for different folks. So if you’re not really big on networking or socialising, then PR may not be for you.

Creativity
New and exciting ambitions are really where the poison is. You find yourself thinking ‘project done’ what’s next? Because it’s a rather manageable and exciting course that allows you to be original.
Truth be told, when I was a fresh high school graduate, at one point I also has some doubts about studying PR. Especially after hearing all sorts of different and inexperienced conspiracies about the course.
Exploring the avenue honestly felt comforting, I mean if potential employers can pick you merely for your potential, rather than just what you have learned. Then it shouldn’t matter what you’ve studied. The love and passion you possess for the subject is all that matters.

Be Yourself

I can tell you that advertisements, campaigning programs, and competition ideas are mostly composed by either advertising, marketing, or public relations and communications teams. Merging great ideas with fellow colleagues or teammates, I can almost imagine to be the finest part. Here's a video that exercises a perfect example of skilful team work that and fine execution. Enjoy!!!

  1. Practicing good public relations is an art. Passion, good instincts and an insane work ethic has managed to turn many "spin doctors" into multi-billionaire moguls. I believe that If people want to practice PR so that they can get free VIP passes to exclusive events let them, and let the people who want to use art form to build empires do so. I have a personal saying that goes "the world never responds to people who follow instructions, but to those that it instruct the world". and I also believe the world be a better place if people stopped watching TV and start living their own lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. i would like to also add the benefits of studying PR...Public relations offers several advantages not found with other promotional options. First, PR is often considered a highly credible form of promotion. One of PR’s key points of power rests with helping to establish credibility for a product, company or person for example CEO in the minds of targeted customer groups by capitalizing on the influence of the media.
